• Karachi: 2–5 business days after order processing (for in-stock items).
• Other Cities: 3–6 business days after order confirmation.
• Pre-Order Items: 5–10 working days, depending on production schedule.

You’ll receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been successfully placed.

Exchanges are offered only on in-stock items, subject to size availability.
Refunds are offered only in case of a fault on our end, within 7 days of delivery, provided all tags are intact and the item is unworn.
We do not offer exchanges on pre-order pieces, so please check the size chart before placing your order.
