Return & Refund Policy

At Meia, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. We take pride in ensuring the quality and fit of every order and aim to make your experience seamless.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns once an order has been delivered. However, we gladly offer size exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect item.
  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.

To request an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order via contact@meialabel.com or WhatsApp +92 330 6298111.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the required size or product is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit that can be used on future purchases.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where the fault is on our end, for example:

  • A wrong or damaged product was delivered and cannot be exchanged, or
  • The product ordered is unavailable or cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Made-to-Order & Sale Items

  • All made-to-order and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Please review all product and size details carefully before placing your order.

International Orders

We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds on international orders.
